This organisation is a micro enterprise situated in Pango, Vanuatu which makes reusable sanitary kits consisting of 2 shields and 8 liners for girls and women. Many girls do not have access to sanitary products are sent home from school when have their period and do not have the right protection. That’s the reality. If you don’t have money for sanitary products, then it can limit your opportunities.
SHaRM has donated initial machines and materials and threads, and in 2020 we are hoping to work together and to partner on our projects going into Maewo and Pentecost to introduce Mammas Laef kits with the WASH program forming part of our project proposals.
